The Best Damn Protein Pancakes

What’s in it:

1/2 ripe banana, 2 TBS. Axis Labs Clutch Whey Protein (any protein will do), 3 TBS. Coconut flour, 4 egg whites, 1 cup almond milk, organic peanut butter (optional), No sugar Walden farms pancake syrup (optional)


How to make it:

Warm 1 TBS of coconut oil on medium heat in a sauce pan.

Mix all the ingredients, besides your topping choice (peanut butter and syrup) in a bowl or blender and mix until smooth.

Place palm size amount of batter onto heated pan, and flip when small bubbles appear at the surface of the batter.  Flip until the pancake is fully cooked and firm.
