What’s in it: small corn tortillas, 2 oz. grilled flank steak, 2 oz. grilled chicken, 2 cup fresh spinach, 1/2 cup Lucerne dairy free cheese, 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, 2 TBS. Organic olive oil.
How to make it:. Place olive oil in small sauce pan with medium heat. Apply small tortilla to oil while placing pre cooked steak, chicken, spinach, mushrooms and cheese on top.
Wait until cheese becomes slightly melted to flip one side on the tortilla over and continue flipping until golden brown.
