Low Carb Mexi Burgers

  

What’s in it:

•2, 3 oz Italian seasoned turkey patties

•1, small diced red and yellow pepper

•1/2 can of corn

•1/4 cup shredded nonfat cheese 

•1/2 cup guacamole 

•Mrs. Dash no salt, chipotle seasoning 

How to make it:

1. Form turkey patties and place on medium heated grill or skillet for 11 minutes of desired meat temp.

2. In opposite skillet, place corn and chopped pepper with seasoning on medium skillet until fully cooked or soft.

3. Place toppings on burgers with a dollop of guacamole.
